YOU CAN QUIT SMOKING:
*Set a quit date. You need to know what day will be your first as a non-smoker.
*Take it one day at a time. Wake up and say to yourself “I choose not to smoke today.”
*Keep yourself active and busy
*Remember each smoke must be replaces by something – Be prepared for the cravings.
*Being more physically active can help.
Have you ever seen packs of cigarettes that look like this?
Visit http://www.xoutcig.com
I bought these packs of cigarette’s while in Montreal. The cigarette packs in stores are actually locked up so that children don’t see them. I asked the man behind the counter if I could see which packs he had because I wanted certain packs with the images. He knew I was up to something. He asked what the packs were for so I told him that I wanted to do a youtube video to bring more awareness to the consequences of cigarette smoking. He ended up giving me a huge discount on the cigarettes because they were for this cause.
*Cigarette smoking accounts for 30% of all Cancer deaths and is responsible for 9 out of 10 cancer deaths.
*Your friends smoke does have an affect on you. When non smokers are exposed to secondhand smoke it’s called involuntary smoking or passive smoking. Non smokers who breath in secondhand smoke take in nicotine and other toxic chemicals just like smokers do.

Jerry Adams, 28, Method: Acupuncture
Jerry has been smoking for around 13 years. Why did he start? He thought it was cool…. He smokes about 15 cigarettes every day on average and has tried quitting a few times; he’s even tried self-help books! Having realised that smoking isn’t cool it’s both smelly and expensive, Jerry thinks he’ll be a whole lot happier if he manages to quit. “I give your quit smoking system a 10/10 and your customer support another 10/10.
I wanted to give it ago after reading your website but I didn’t like the idea of ordering over the internet.
After speaking with you I decided to go for it and I’m very glad I did as the ordering was trouble free and your step by step instructions were excellent.
I have stopped smoking now and I am already feeling a lot healthier. I can not thank you enough”
