*Take it one day at a time. Wake up and say to yourself “I choose not to smoke today.”
*Keep yourself active and busy
*Remember each smoke must be replaces by something – Be prepared for the cravings.

I bought these packs of cigarette’s while in Montreal. The cigarette packs in stores are actually locked up so that children don’t see them. I asked the man behind the counter if I could see which packs he had because I wanted certain packs with the images. He knew I was up to something. He asked what the packs were for so I told him that I wanted to do a youtube video to bring more awareness to the consequences of cigarette smoking. He ended up giving me a huge discount on the cigarettes because they were for this cause.

*Cigarette smoking accounts for 30% of all Cancer deaths and is responsible for 9 out of 10 cancer deaths.

*Your friends smoke does have an affect on you. When non smokers are exposed to secondhand smoke it’s called involuntary smoking or passive smoking. Non smokers who breath in secondhand smoke take in nicotine and other toxic chemicals just like smokers do.

This slideshow is not meant to patronize and should not be taken as such. I am myself a smoker and I am not here to persuade you to quit. I have done extensive research on light cigarettes as part of my English class project. I have discovered that there have been researches proven to counter the notion that light cigarette is a safer alternative, contrary to what tobacco companies claim. “Close Up” Bioresonance Documentary on Prime Time NZ TV. Mark Sainsbury of New Zealand TV Close Up team described how a new miracle machine is helping people kick the smoking habit. The machine boasted a 70% success rate in stopping cigarette users craving after just one hit. The programme showed three volunteers from the TV channel going to the clinic in Auckland and all quitting smoking effortlessly after just one session. The TV channel was inundated with inquires about the smoking machine that was featured on the show.

The BioResonance “Stop Smoking” program was demonstrated by practitioner Helen Loveday based in New Zealand. However, the same Bioresonance therapy is also available in the United Kingdom and in Australia.

Nicotine has an electromagnetic charge over your body, giving you the craving to smoke. The bioresonance machine inverts the energy patterns of nicotine which are then passed to the body via electrodes. This process produces Phase Cancellation, which means that the electromagnetic charge of nicotine is reduced. Therefore, it becomes easier for the body to eliminate nicotine over the next 24-hours, and your cravings dramatically reduce as your body detoxifies.

A lot of people claim that Bioresonance is nothing but a pseudoscience (pretence science). I like to address this with an example.

So there is a difference between pretence science, real science and self-evident truth. Here are a few examples:

Pretence science:

All psychotropic drugs or anti-depressants are based on this science. Look at the website http://www.cchr.org at the scandalous way in which money is put before human lives. Statins (the corporate killers) and Anti-Hypertensive together with a lot of other so called modern day miracles are based purely on pretence science in order to make money from the unsuspecting public.

Real Science:

The wings of most modern aeroplanes have been shortened by rolling them upwards. In experiments it was found that the wing tip adds no lift but tends to drag down the plane, so it was better to change the aero-dynamics of the wing by rolling it upwards or by putting a vertical section at the tip of the wing. Because of this realisation the biggest aeroplane ever made by the European Union, the A480 Airbus could have its wings within the Civil Aviation Guidelines. Now, this is real science.

Self evident truth:

So when you have someone who has failed with the NHS over and over again and he quits smoking as easy as pie with bioresonance or hypnotherapy or laser then that is called self-evident truth.

Now why do you need clinical trials for self evident truth? So the Big Pharma out and allow utterly useless products like NRT, Zyban and Champix. At least the use of bioresonance, laser or hypnotherapy is not going to kill you. All of the so called chemical based smoking cessation products have killed thousands of people. In the first year of release – It is estimated that Champix killed over 64,000 people world wide. Now thats called pretence science or bullshit to be blunter. Anyway, Pfizer made over a billion dollars from the sales of Champix in the first year of release.

A client of ours Anita who quit smoking with us back in 2002 recently called us up to share her story:

My friends wife was recently prescribed Champix. The doctor did not tell her about the side effects. A few weeks later she started having suicidal thoughts and wanted to topple herself.
I said to her: For goodness sake read about the counter indications, which she did, stopped taking the pills and the suicide thoughts subsided.

Shokat: Well did she stop smoking with Champix?

Anita: No she stopped taking it and she is still smoking cigarettes.

A doctor prescribed this person an incredibly dangerous drug and did not even bother to warn her about the suicidal thoughts. My advice to doctors would be to be honest with your patients about the dangerous drugs you prescribe to them because one day you may find yourself standing in the dock having to defend your actions in a court of law. However, the court of God is the one where you will not get away with your mistakes so easily can you imagine yourself saying: But my Lord, it was not my fault – I was only doing my job following government guidelines how was I to know that they were so wickedly wrong.
